At Nexso, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across the UAE. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery methods, timeframes, charges, and more.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping across all Emirates in the UAE, including:

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Dubai

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days (within major cities)

  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order value.

  • Orders above AED [Insert Amount]: Free shipping

  • Orders below AED [Insert Amount]: Flat-rate shipping fee of AED [Insert Fee]

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across the UAE. A small service fee of AED [Insert COD Fee] may apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Failed Deliveries

If our courier partner is unable to reach you:

  • You will be contacted to reschedule delivery.

  • After two failed attempts, your order may be cancelled and returned to Nexso.

7. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments, especially if it includes items from different warehouses or sellers. You will not be charged extra.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within the UAE.

9. Packaging

All orders are securely packed to prevent damage in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
